Marketing Assistants

JD:

  • Participating in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Assisting in contributing ideas, the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Vet Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation of appointment and walk-in cases (Emergency).
  • Practicing and advocating preventive healthcare and proper nutrition for pets.
  • Daily assessment, diagnostics and treatment of inpatients and managing outpatients.
  • Come up with diagnostic, nutritional and treatment plan for patients.
  • Discussion with clients on patients’ conditions, further plan, cost estimation and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Vet Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to work with small animals (cats and dogs) comfortably and treat them with empathy and care.
  • Being diligent and getting tasks for the day completed on time (time management is crucial as patients need their meds on time).
  • Being able to collect samples from patients (blood, fecal, urine) as requested by vets (you will be trained on how to do the sample collection before you’re allowed to do them independently).
  • Being able to assist Veterinarian in preparing medicine and subcutaneous fluids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all front desk matters.
  • Greeting visitors, register and update client’s status into company system.

  • Appointment booking. Managing patient check in & out.
